What to Expect:

Using Nordic walking poles to propel you along engages your upper body, improves posture, burns a greater number of calories and is better for creaky/injured knees!

In this session, a Nordic Walking UK guide will get you familiar with the poles and help you master Nordic walking technique whilst you practice on the nearby trails.
