Even your old or unwanted outdoor kit can make an amazing gift. Last month we put a shout out for old sleeping bags in our Continuum Project - Donate a good nights sleep campaign. The response was absolutely superb, so thank you for digging around for your old, or not-needed-anymore equipment.
So it was awesome to be able to get some boxes of sleeping bags along with some clothing down to Emmanuel House Support Centre in Nottingham. A new Continuum Project partner they are doing some amazing work supporting homeless, vulnerable and isolated adults. We owe a huge thanks to Gary for taking in this first drop of boxes and chatting about their current situation and need for sleeping bags and clothing, particularly at this critical time.
It doesn't stop there though and teaming up with a few new project partners it means we'll be continuing to distribute plenty more sleeping bags, along with other equipment over the coming months. So thank you once again for taking the time to have a good sort out, even perhaps saying good bye to that loyal piece of gear, it will be very much appreciated.
Of course we always continuing the journey and welcome donations all year, so keep them coming and we'll make sure they go to good use!
