Easy answer for my bike mad seven year old. A trip to Alpkit HQ for a demo, emails to address the finer detail with the ever-patient Neil and before we knew it the arrival of ‘Sophie’ the Sonder.
We started with afternoon explorations, then moved onto day rides around our local Lakeland trails, catching riders on trail centre singletrack before embarking on our first multi-day bikepacking voyage - an off-road coast-to-coast.
