Start a return: If you are not happy or have changed your mind, you can return your unused product within 123 days of placing the order for a refund. Simply return it to us, free of charge, with all the original packaging.

1. Fill in a returns form

Box up your unwanted products with a completed returns form. If you no longer have the returns form that came with your order, you can download a new one here.

If you do not include a returns form, we will not know who has sent it.

2. Returns services

InPost Tracked Returns

You can use our InPost returns service to send returns up to 41cm x 38cm x 64cm and under 15kg. You will need your order number and email address.

Visit the InPost Portal to generate your label .

DPD Tracked Returns

You can use our DPD returns service to send returns up to 60cm x 60cm, with no two sides exceeding 120cm. The maximum weight is 20kg. You will need your order number and email address.

When will my bike be built?: You can check your order for the latest updates to your bikes status.

If at the time of purchase we gave you a 'Deliveries from' date this is the earliest date we expect to have all of the components we need to make your build. Once you have placed your order our Sonder team will get your bike into our build queue and let you know the week in which we will build and despatch it. We will communicate to you any changes to this date.
