The longer we keep our clothing, tents and rucksacks going, the less we buy and the smaller our impact on the planet. The problem is, the gear we love the most gets used the most. And all that season after season, year-in year-out abuse takes its toll. Our dedicated repairs and wash service is fully equipped to breathe new life into your old kit.

How it works
- Order your repair/wash online.
- Make sure your kit is clean (for repairs) and package your repair/wash.
- Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.
- Include any notes or sketches to help us understand what work you want done.
- Post your repair/wash to the address on your confirmation email.*
- We'll let you know when we've received it and again when it has been completed, and we'll post it back to you.
