Polestar is a sub-1kg, tiny pack size, 1-person tent that pitches using trekking poles so you can pack smaller and lighter and do away with a separate main pole.
Perfect for hiking the South West Coast Path or the Cape Wrath Trail, Polestar has a stable crossed pole design with a durable ripstop flysheet for use in 3 seasons.
Polestar is side-entry, quick to pitch and is compatible with all adjustable or fixed length trekking poles between 120-130cm (optimised for 125cm) It can also be pitched outer only.

Clean and dry your tent thoroughly after each use. Never use a washing machine, tumble dryer or jet wash to clean your tent. Spot clean with warm water, mild (non-detergent) soap and a soft sponge. Never use bleach, fabric softeners or other household cleaning products and air dry only.
To make your tent last longer, avoid prolonged UV exposure and repair damage immediately. If you are unlucky enough to rip your tent on a trip, use duct tape or StormSure Tough Tape until you have a chance to repair it properly. For more tent repair tips read our tent care and repair blog.
The Polestar is an affordable twin-skin hiking pole tent. This is a lightweight but durable model for a very reasonable price, I found it to be ideal for running adventures where I already had my poles with me.
